ALLISON WANSKY
DVM, CERTIFIED VETERINARY ACUPUNCTURIST
Dr. Wansky has been with the practice since 1994, working at our sister hospitals, Etowah and Trickum Ridge, until helping to open Allatoona in 1998. She is a double dawg and graduated from The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. She is married and has 2 children, Skyler and Sam. Her fur kids are 2 French bull dogs named Mila and Otis. In addition to general medicine and surgery, Dr Wansky has a special interest in holistic medicine and is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA).
JENNIFER HILAND
DVM, CERTIFIED IN ANIMAL CHIROPRACTIC
Dr. Hiland is a 2007 graduate of St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. She started with our practice as a veterinary assistant in 1996, working on breaks throughout her schooling and has been practicing among our four hospitals since graduation. She has three dogs, two cats, a ball python, a leopard gecko and a fish. In her free time, Dr Hiland enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. In addition to interest in general surgery and medicine, she is certified an animal chiropractic care.
DR. HALIE WITTEN
DVM
Dr. Halie Witten graduated from the University of Florida in 2013 with a B.S. and remained at the University of Florida to earn her Veterinary Degree. She joined our team in 2017 and her special interests include dermatology and client communication. Dr. Witten also earned her Fear-Free certification in 2017.
